Since 2010, Creating New Pathways have delivered high quality professional development training & consultation across Australia. Our training participants include allied health professionals, community & employment service providers, along with managers & front-line staff from a diverse range of organisations.
Our founder, Sharon Mamo spent years on the ground working with tens of thousands of individuals providing psychotherapy and behavioural change interventions. Her success in supporting clients through life changes and recovery is unprecedented. Sharon utilises an innovative approach to therapy called Neuropsychotherapy, which focuses on changing the neural pathways of the brain through a series of exercises and tool. She has utilised her research, knowledge and experience to develop Professional Development programs
Our Team.
Our staff are qualified, registered and accredited with over 18 years of combined experience. We have worked with over 100 organisations within Employment Services, Social Services, Education, Department of Defense, and Addiction & Mental Health Facilities.
